Browser Time Tracker automatically tracks browser activity so users can review how they spent time online, tag work, analyze website usage, and export timesheets.
The extension tracks browser activity only. It does not track activity outside the browser.
The extension collects and stores the data needed for its core time tracking functionality:
The extension uses this data only to provide its core functionality: browser activity tracking, timeline review, tagging, search, analytics, and timesheet export.
The extension does not use this data for advertising, profiling, marketing, credit-related purposes, or sale to third parties.
The extension stores data locally in the user's browser storage on the user's device.
The extension does not send browsing activity, tags, analytics, or timesheets to ManicTime servers or to third parties.
Tracked browser activity, tags, settings, diagnostics, and generated timesheet data are stored locally on the user's device.
The extension includes retention settings that control how long tracking data is kept. Users can also delete locally stored extension data by clearing the extension's browser storage or uninstalling the extension.
The extension does not use remote code. All executable code is packaged with the extension.
