How do I transfer data to another computer?

On old ManicTime installation click "Backup now" button to backup the database. Name the backup ManicTime.sdf (by default it will offer ManicTime_date.sdf)

On new computer:

1. Install ManicTime on new computer and run it so a new database is created.
2. Important - Before continuing, make sure that ManicTime is not running. Right click on icon next to system time in lower right corner and choose Exit.
3. Locate folder:
   XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Finkit\ManicTime\
   Vista or Windows 7:  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\ Finkit\ManicTime\
4. Copy(overwrite) old database to this folder.
5. Run ManicTime
